Upon reconvening at 1:05 p.m., motion by Smith, seconded by Manternach, carried unanimously to enter executive session with General Relief Caseworker Tammy Henry and Personnel Assistant Joan Bodnar-Noon regarding case J-3-8.
Upon returning to regular session, motion by Manternach, seconded by Smith, carried unanimously to approve assistance for case J-3-8.
LEGAL SETTLEMENT OF CLIENTS
Motion by Manternach, seconded by Smith, carried unanimously to approve Dubuque County legal settlement cases #1241, 6896, 90204, 92622 and State legal settlement cases #8709, 94171, 6096, 3718, 3581 and 96244.
ADMISSIONS TO COMMUNITY-BASED FACILITIES
Motion by Smith, seconded by Manternach, carried unanimously to approve services for cases #0928, 4620, 4013 and 9275.

WORKSESSION - GDDC REGARDING BUILD AMERICA BOND PROGRAM
The Board met with Executive Director and COO of Greater Dubuque Development Corporation Rick Dickinson and County Auditor Denise Dolan to discuss the Build America Bond Program that is available to Dubuque County.
WORKSESSION - STEVE HAHLEN REGARDING COURTHOUSE WIRING PROJECT
The Board met with Technical Operations Supervisor for the Law Enforcement Center Steve Hahlen, Courthouse Maintenance Director Rich Basten and County Auditor Denise Dolan to discuss the courthouse wiring project.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Manternach, carried unanimously to set up a meeting with vendors to present information regarding wireless options at the courthouse.
