WHEREAS, Dubuque County and the City of Peosta have scheduled an HMA overlay on Burds Road and a portion of Cox Springs Road in Section 10, Vernon Township, T88N-R1E, and
WHEREAS, Dubuque County proposes to design, construct and inspect said project and the City of Peosta agrees to reimburse Dubuque County for the joint participating project costs, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for Dubuque County and the City of Peosta to enter into an agreement regarding said project,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of Dubuque County, Iowa hereby approve and direct the Chair to sign the Funding Agreement between Dubuque County and the City of Peosta for the project on Burds Road and Cox Springs Road.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Manternach, carried unanimously to approve and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 09-186.
RESOLUTION 09-187 - APPROVE FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF SAGEVILLE FOR HMA OVERLAY ON SAGEVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, Dubuque County and the City of Sageville have scheduled an HMA overlay on Sageville Road in Section 3, Dubuque Township, T89N-R2E, and
WHEREAS, Dubuque County proposes to design, construct and inspect said project and the City of Sageville agrees to reimburse Dubuque County for the joint participating project costs, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for Dubuque County and the City of Sageville to enter into an agreement regarding said project,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of Dubuque County, Iowa hereby approve and direct the Chair to sign the Funding Agreement between Dubuque County and the City of Sageville for the project on Sageville Road.
