NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of Dubuque County, Iowa:
Section 1. That the above described property is within the “R-2”, Single Family Residential district, thus subject to all the requirements of that district.
Section 2. That Lot 2 of Burns Addition will be an integral part of Lot 1-1 of the W1/2 of the NW1/4, Section 36, (T88N, R2E), which is where it will get its access.
Section 3. That the above described plat be and is hereby approved and the Chairperson of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to endorse the approval of Dubuque County, Iowa upon said plat.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Manternach, carried unanimously to approve and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 09-179.
DUPLICATE WARRANTY - BARD MATERIALS - WEST REGION
Motion by Manternach, seconded by Smith, carried unanimously to approve the issuance of a duplicate warrant to Bard Materials - West Region.
RESOLUTION 09-180 - EVACUATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN DUBUQUE COUNTY AND FINLEY HOSPITAL FOR SUNNY CREST MANOR RESIDENT TREATMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors approves and authorizes the Chairperson to sign the Evacuation Agreement between Dubuque County/Sunnycrest Manor and Finley Hospital for the purpose of designating Finley Hospital as an alternate care site for residents of Sunnycrest Manor in the event of an evacuation emergency at Sunnycrest Manor.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Manternach, carried unanimously to approve and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 09-180.
