MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 8 AND 11, 2009 DUBUQUE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Present: Wayne Demmer, Eric Manternach, Donna Smith Chair Demmer called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE DUBUQUE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS do hereby proclaim September 28th 2009 as “Family Day – A Day to Eat Dinner with Your Children” in Dubuque County.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Manternach, carried unanimously to adopt Proclamation 09-006. Donna Silker from Dubuque County Safe Youth Coalition accepted the proclamation.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Manternach, carried unanimously to table the minutes until later in the meeting.
Renewal of Class LC liquor license - Dubuque Lodge #297 Benevolent and Protective Order
Motion by Manternach, seconded by Smith, carried unanimously to approve the preceding consent item.
Motion by Manternach, seconded by Smith, carried unanimously to receive and file the proofs of publication of Notice of Public Hearing for Zoning Cases ZC#07-08-09, ZC#08-10-09 and ZC#08-11-09, Notice of Public Hearing for Sale and Conveyance of Real Property to the Iowa Department of Transportation and Notice of Public Hearing - Finleys Landing Road bridge replacements, Project L-200-73-31.
