Motion by Smith, seconded by Manternach, carried unanimously to receive and file the communication and forward a copy of the communication to the Board of Health to investigate how they might correct the problem of septic discharge being dumped into the county ditches by the adjoining property owners and to also send a copy of the letter to the County Engineer.

Motion by Manternach, seconded by Smith, carried unanimously to refer the communication back to the County Engineer for a status report.

Motion by Demmer, seconded by Smith, carried unanimously to set up a worksession on projected costs of roads that will need maintenance and repairs within the next five years and equipment costs needed to maintain the roads.

Motion by Manternach, seconded by Smith, carried unanimously to approve Merle Schmitt for an unexpired term ending June 30, 2013.

Motion by Smith, seconded by Manternach, carried unanimously to approve the personnel requisitions of Sunnycrest Manor for four (4) permanent, part-time program instructors.
