Motion by Manternach, seconded by Smith, carried unanimously to forward a letter to the Striefs to clarify that the County has no jurisdiction over the placement of mailboxes, but do have jurisdiction over the E-911 sign which they previously had a concern with.

COMMUNICATION - FROM ELLEN HALL REGARDING COULER VALLEY FLOODING AND SAGEVILLE ROAD
Ellen Hall, 17461 Sageville Road, Dubuque, Iowa spoke to the Board to request if any improvements or repairs to the ditch and Sageville Road will be done and to express her concern about the heavy truck traffic on Sageville Road and replacement of the Herber Road bridge.
