RESOLUTION 09-175 - AGREEMENT WITH APEL PARKING LOT SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE FOR COURTHOUSE PARKING LOTS
WHEREAS, Dubuque County has been presented with an agreement with Apel Paving and Parking Lot Service to provide maintenance services to the courthouse parking lots in the amount of $4,559.40.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors hereby approves and authorizes the Chairperson to sign the agreement with Apel Paving and Parking Lot Service to provide maintenance services to the courthouse parking lots in the amount of $4,559.40.

RESOLUTION 09-176 - SUBCONTRACT WITH CONSULTANT FOR SERVICES IN THE PREPARATION OF THE GRANT FUNDED RECONNAISSANCE LEVEL SURVEY OF PERU TOWNSHIP
WHEREAS, Dubuque County has been presented with a Subcontract Agreement as required and recommended for consultant services for the State Historic Preservation Office 2009 Certified Local Government Grant for the reconnaissance survey of Peru Township, Dubuque County.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors hereby approves and authorizes the Chairperson to sign the Subcontract Agreement as required and recommended for consultant services for the State Historic Preservation Office 2009 Certified Local Government Grant for the reconnaissance survey of Peru Township, Dubuque County.
Motion by Manternach, seconded by Smith, carried unanimously to approve and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 09-176.
