Motion by Manternach, seconded by Smith, carried unanimously to approve publication in the official newspapers of the County the following notice:

OFFICIAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested citizens of Dubuque County, Iowa, the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing concerning the bridge replacements on Finleys Landing Road, Project L-200-73-31 on September 8, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. in the Supervisors' Chambers, 4th Floor, Dubuque County Courthouse, Dubuque, Iowa.

At the hearing, interested citizens will be invited to comment on the project.

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors a final Plat of Survey for GREENWOOD PLACE, comprised of Lot 2 of the NE1/4 NW1/4 and the NW1/4 NE1/4 both in Section 36, T88N, R2W of the 5^{th} PM, Dodge Township, Dubuque County, Iowa; and

WHEREAS, said plat will replat two (2) lots into two (2) new lots, namely Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Greenwood Place in Section 36, Dodge Township, Dubuque County, Iowa; and

WHEREAS, said plat has been examined by the Dubuque County Planning and Zoning Commission, Dubuque County Board of Health, Dubuque County Engineer, Dubuque County Treasurer and the Dubuque County Plats Officer and has their approval endorsed thereon; and

WHEREAS, said plat has been examined by the Board of Supervisors of Dubuque County, Iowa, and they find the same conforms to the statutes and other regulatory ordinances and resolutions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of Dubuque County, Iowa:

Section 1. That the above described property is within the “A-1”, Agricultural district, thus subject to all the requirements of that district.
