Motion by Demmer, seconded by Manternach to accept Lovers Lane as a county road and direct the County Engineer to maintain Lovers Lane as a county road and to claim the road as a prescriptive easement and not by ownership. Motion carried with Demmer and Manternach voting aye and Smith voting nay.
Motion by Demmer, seconded by Manternach, carried unanimously to request the County Attorney submit his recommendation in writing.
