OFFICIAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested citizens of Dubuque County, Iowa, the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing pursuant to the Code of Iowa Section 331.361(2) on November 16th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Supervisors' Chambers, 4th Floor, Dubuque County Courthouse, Dubuque, Iowa and via Zoom meeting concerning the amending of Chapter 22 – Rural Address System, the renaming of Clay Ann Lane.

At said Public Hearing, any person present in person or on the Zoom meeting and so wishing will be given the opportunity to be heard, for or against, the proposed action. Any person so wishing may file a document with the Dubuque County Auditor's Office prior to the time of the hearing, should the person wish the document to be read for them at the time of the hearing.
