BOOKING THE TREND
The world of publishing has been well graced by talented Teesside graduates, and we are always keen to celebrate your success.
As part of our mission to create a better-connected alumni network through enhanced benefits and services, we are working hard to showcase our graduate authors.
We will also be doing seasonal promotion of graduate books, and our new ‘Book of the Month’ feature on the alumni Instagram page is proving incredibly popular. Finally, starting in March 2024, you can join booklovers at the University's new summer season of author evenings, giving you a chance to meet the authors and enjoy a glass of wine in the refurbished library at the Middlesbrough campus.
A new online directory of alumni authors and podcasters, which is searchable by genre and format, has been set up on our website.
Purchases can also be made from the directory, which links through to Book Corner, an independent book seller, run by alumna Jenna Warren [MA Creative Writing, 2008], herself a published author.
