WHEREAS, the Ocean County Library shall be solely responsible for installation of such sign and all costs associated with same and shall obtain all permits needed for such installation; and

WHEREAS, the governing body desires to grant consent for the Ocean County Library replace its existing passive sign located on Rt. 528 with a digital sign on the terms set forth in this resolution and in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and incorporated herein as Schedule A.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. That the governing body does hereby grant consent for the Ocean County Library replace its existing passive sign located on Rt. 528 with a digital sign on the terms set forth in this resolution and in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and incorporated herein as Schedule A.
2. That a certified copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to counsel for the Ocean County Library.
