  1. That the Township Council of Jackson Township hereby formally authorizes the conveyance of the following vehicles to the following agencies:
  2. 1998 Jeep under Vehicle Identification No. 1J28S2W219709 to be transferred to the Jackson Township Board of Education
  3. 1999 Chevrolet Lumina under Vehicle Identification No. 21WL52KX9225297 to be transferred to the Cassville Volunteer Fire Company Station 56.
  4. 1999 GMC Jimmy under Vehicle Identification No. 1GKDT13W9X2540478 to be transferred to the Jackson Volunteer Fire Company Station 55.
  5. As set forth in the preamble hereto, said vehicles are deemed surplus property no longer needed for public use and are now being conveyed to the Board of Education, Jackson Volunteer Fire Company Station 55 and Cassville Volunteer Fire Company Station 56 for a nominal consideration.
  6. That upon the adoption of this resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to the Township Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Public Works, Motor Pool, Jackson Township Board of Education, Jackson Volunteer Fire Company Station 55, Cassville Volunteer Fire Company Station 56, and any other interested parties.

TITLE: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A DUPLICATE TAX SALE CERTIFICATES PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 99 PUBLIC LAWS OF 1997

WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of this municipality has previously issued tax sale certificates to CCTS Tax Lien II, LLC, which certificates are dated October 17, 2008 covering premises commonly known and referred to as listed below as set out on the municipal tax map then in use which certificates bear the numbers listed below and said certificates were not recorded in the County of Ocean, and;

WHEREAS, the Purchaser of the tax sale certificates listed below has indicated to the Tax Collector that they have not assigned the certificates, and have lost or otherwise misplaced the original tax sale certificates and have duly filed the appropriate Affidavit of Loss with the Tax Collector, a copy of which is attached hereto;
