Minutes of the Planning & Licensing Committee Meeting held on 30 September 2026 at 6:00pm, in the Council Chamber. Marcus Hill, Newauav.

Cllr S Carter (Vice-Chair), Cllr L Spry, Cllr N Morris, Cllr J Kenny, Cllr J Brook Cllr K Adlam joined at 18:04hrs.

Also attending:

Mr D McLeod, Mrs K McGoldrick (Democratic Service) and 1 member of the public.

Agenda Item 1. Apologies

Apologies received from Cllr S Thomson (Chair), Cllr F Williamson and Cllr M North (substitute).

Agenda Item 3. Meeting Management Issues

The officer informed members that going forward Councillors should no longer keep a separate record of interests which are declared during committee meetings. And added when a non-pecuniary interest is declared and a Councillor leaves the room; it will just be noted in the minutes.

There was 1 member of the public in attendance (applicant Mr Frazer) regarding Agenda Item 10.01 (PA26/06188).

18:04hrs Cllr J Brook excited the meeting due to an interest. 18:04hrs Cllr K Adlam joined the meeting.

RESOLVED unanimously to bring forward Agenda Item 10.01 (PA26/06188) in order that a decision be made before returning to the remaining agenda items.
