DecisionMinute Ref [PL337/26] (8) It was proposed by Cllr L Spry, seconded by Cllr S Thomson and RESOLVED to RAISE NO OBJECTION to PA26/06148ACTION: Post NO OBJECTION on Cornwall Council Planning Register.
CommentWhilst Cllrs regret losing a section of the dwarf stone wall at the front of the property, any harm to the street scene would appear to be offset by allowing the occupiers of no.5 a safer manoeuvre from their driveway and onto this narrow section of Trevelgue Road.Cllrs were happy to raise No Objection to the proposed widening of the existing dropped kerb and driveway, subject to Highways being satisfied the loss of on-street parking would not add to local parking pressures.

19:59 – Cllr F Williamson left the meeting.
