The State recognizes family and senior parks and Fountainhead advertises themselves as a senior park. Their sign clearly states senior community, 55 and over. They should have to conform to our code 280-12e, which requires them to have a structure for seniors to meet and convene. They are afraid of an organization that would be formed against anything they do at the park.
DISCUSSION: Councilman Martin proposed removing Resolution 386R-14 from the agenda to review the violations and place it on the 2nd meeting in January. Councilman Bressi felt the same way. Township Clerk Eden informed Council her office has the paperwork from Code Enforcement and they have no objection to the renewal of the license.
Council Vice President Calogero stated he would also like to ensure the residents' issues are addressed as well. He stated his vote is to support the resident's at that time.
