NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, that the Detention Basin Maintenance Bond in the amount of $24,632.06, heretofore posted with the Township may and hereby is released and;
This resolution of release is further contingent upon the applicant/developer reimbursing the Township for the cost of any and all outstanding construction inspection fees and the cost of any and all other charges as per Township ordinance for the release of said Maintenance Guarantee.
Copies of this resolution to Administration, Finance, Applicant/Developer and Township Engineer. The Mayor and Township Clerk are authorized to sign or issue any appropriate documentation to give effect to the within resolution.

WHEREAS, under the provisions of N.J.S.A.40A:4-60, any unexpended balance of appropriations may, by resolution of the governing body, be canceled prior to the end of the calendar year. Said resolution shall set forth the titles of the appropriations and the amounts to be canceled, and;
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has recommended to the Administrator that unexpended balances of the Grant appropriations should be canceled as the Grant Programs have either been completed, cancelled, or otherwise withdrawn by the administering group, and the remaining funds cannot be utilized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey that:
The Grant Fund Appropriations as listed on the attached spreadsheet totaling $31,429.52 shall be cancelled
The corresponding receivable balance of $26,924.85 shall be cancelled as well.
This resolution shall take effect upon affirmative vote by the governing body of the Township of Jackson.
Copies of this resolution to the Administrator & Chief Financial Officer and Township Auditor.
