## Glossary ## Providing options Before a flight is booked, a selection of options may be sent by email from the search results page. This could be by the Arranger to the Traveller to allow choice, or by the booker to an Approver if the cost requires approval. This presents full information to the recipient saving them from re-performing the original search. Please note this cannot be done on hotel bookings. ## Out of Policy OOP-Most organisations have a spend policy applicable to certain types of travel. E.g. London may have a cap of £140.00 per night, bed and breakfast, whereas Belfast may have a £90.00 per night bed and breakfast spend limit. If the search results show prices outside of these policies, the booking tool will inform you. ===== PAGE 45 ===== ### Selective Travel Management Business Travel. Simplified
