Basketball/Cheer - The gym needs to be reserved and coaches are needed. Danielle Andreas will coach.

Event Flyers - Suggest that flyers be distributed at events.

ROID Grant – The application is currently being worked on.

Movie Theatre Rental – Donna Andreas looked into the rental of the AMC Theatre. For 1-40 persons the rental would be $459 - $569 depending on the movie. There are snack packages available. The Commission needs to pick a date and movie.

Picnic and Fishing at Kitay's – no date has been set.

Passing of Diane Black – Diane Black, who was the Commission secretary for many years, recently passed. A card will be sent to the family.
