Chairperson Sharon Hollander called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm followed by a flag salute.

Helping Hands – Sam stated that the first meeting was an organizational meeting, developing the schedule of activities. The second meeting was outside sports.
Painting Event – The event was scheduled for September 17, 2022. Sam reported that all who attended had a very good time. The event went well.
Soccer – September 9 through October 29. Dave Furbish will be coaching. A 20 fee will be charged. We will be playing at Johnson Park fields.
Bowling – The last Bowling was held on August 12, with a pizza party. All who attended had a very good time.
Rotary Fishing & Picnic – The event was held at Kitay's Farm on Sunday, September 18, 2022. Sam stated three was good attendance, everyone was catching fish.
“Play Hooky Fishing & Picnic” - This event was held in Millstone, Sharon attended and stated it was awesome.
Chariot Riders – Horseback riding will be held from September 19 through October 5, 2022. Two sessions will be held over the time frame. The cost is 630 per session. All spots have been filled. The sessions consist of 1/2 hour riding and 1/2 hour grooming instructions.
Halloween Party – October 23 1 – 4 pm at the Senior Center. Trunk or Treat and party. Sharon, Suely and Karen will co chair the event. The party will be inside and outside. Food inside and DJ and games outside along with the Trunk or Treat. Discussion regarding offering a “Best Decorated Trunk” Prize.
Holiday Party – December 4 at the AmVets 12 – 4 pm Donna and Karen will co-chair. The Amazon account needs to be checked to be sure funds are available for gift purchases. Flyers should be sent out in October to allow for gift purchases.
