Co-Chairperson Sharon Hollander called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm followed by a flag salute.

Resignation - Resignation from Dave Furbish was accepted.
Summer Kick-Off – The Helping Hands Organization of Jackson sponsored the event which was held on May 22, 2021 in the Senior Center Parking Lot. There were pony rides along with a hot dog cart.
Helping Hands – The last day for Helping Hands was June 17 and was celebrated with a pizza party. Discussion regarding starting a program for younger clients.
Ceramics - Grace Bisignano will begin Ceramics on October 4, 2021
Bowling – Sharon will check with Dave to see if he has made any arrangements. Sharon and Christine will take over the chair for the Bowling.
Horseback Riding – The Commission has received no response from ReinDancer. Horseback Riding will be held at Chariot Riders, with dates to be determined.
Parent Workshops – The workshop was held Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 7 PM. Barbara Boyd, Esq. presented the workshop.
Holiday Party – The AmVets Hall was not available for the first Sunday in December. It was reserved for December 12, 2021. The Party will be from 1 – 4 PM
Softball – Softball ended on June 5. Trophies were awarded.
Soccer – Dave Furbish will still be coaching the Soccer Program. The field has been reserved from September 11 through October 30.
Virtual Cooking – Virtual Cooking was held on Friday, May 28, 2021 from 6 – 8 PM. The event went very well. Cooking Session Part II will be scheduled for November.
Mini Golf - Mini Golf will be scheduled for September 12, 2021 with a raindate of September 19, 2021.
Prom – The Prom is scheduled for Friday, July 23, 2021 from 5 – 10 pm at the Spring Lake Manor for those clients age 13 and up.
