Co-Chairperson Donna Andreas called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm followed by a flag salute.

Marilene Losito will be out of the office until the beginning of school in September.

Finance Report – Trust - 14,023.81 Budget – Advertising - 47.00 Office Supplies - 353.00 Food - 6,240.32 Grant - 5,526.58 (must be spent by 6/30 – Have applied for an extension) Discussion regarding having an outdoor movie, screen would be rented and snacks provided. Outdoor games such as Bocce', Corn Hole, Croquet could also be planned. Members were asked to determine what supplies and equipment - trophies, etc., would be needed for future events and to submit a listing no later than Monday, June 22, 2020 to Donna so that these funds may be used before the June 30th date.

Soccer – Donna will ask Kate to secure permits for the fields. Jackson Soccer Club will also be asked to include our program on any notices that are distributed. Clients will be notified that buddies will not be provided and that they may bring their own. Soccer will start September 13, 2020.

Movie Nights - Will be held in July and August, date to be determined. Rain dates will be needed.

Halloween - the commission discussed having a Trunk or Treat, with the commission supplying the candy. Tentative date of Sunday, October 25.

Mini Golf - Sharon will make arrangements again with the Manchester Family Golf Center for a Mini Golf outing. Date to be determined.

Holiday Party – plans for home delivery of gifts, a visit with Santa were all discussed.
