4. PROPOSED DRAINAGE CONDITIONS
The proposed development will incorporate one (1) underground infiltration basin and one (1) manufactured treatment device (MTD) into the layout of the facility for stormwater management. The basin is designed to detain, treat, and infiltrate a portion of stormwater runoff generated by the development in order to meet the stormwater management requirements. The proposed site conditions have been evaluated using the following drainage sub-watershed areas as depicted on the Proposed Drainage Area Map included in the Appendix of this report.
Point of Analysis #1 – Study Area West
Study Area WQ MTD A-110: This area consists of 0.63 acres in the central portion of the site which includes open space and impervious areas. Under proposed conditions, stormwater runoff generated by this area flows to proposed inlets via overland flow and through the pipe conveyance system to the proposed MTD and underground infiltration basin. Stormwater from the basin is released through an outlet control structure to the proposed stormwater conveyance system and discharged via the proposed scour hole.
Study Area Roof: This area consists of 0.11 acres in the central portion of the site which includes only the roof of the proposed building. Under proposed conditions, stormwater runoff generated by this area flows to proposed stormwater management infrastructure via channel flow within the proposed roof leader the proposed pipe conveyance system to the proposed underground infiltration basin.
