- The definition of Lot Width is the shortest horizontal distance between the side lot lines measured through the midpoint of a line parallel to the front lot line located at the minimum building setback line required in the zoning district where the lot is located.
- The definition of Lot Depth is the shortest distance between the front lot line and a line drawn parallel thereto through the midpoint of the rear lot line.
- The Applicant shall provide testimony to discuss how the existing dwelling and any future dwelling will be serviced by sanitary sewer in order to determine the variance relief required.
