Dear Chairman and Board Members:

We have received and reviewed the following materials submitted in conjunction with the referenced application:

  1. “Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan, Layout & Dimension Plan, 1020 Farmingdale Road, Block 1102, Lot 24.02, Township of Jackson, Ocean County, New Jersey”. Sheet 7 of 31 has been prepared by Newlines Land Consultants, LLC and is signed by Glenn D. Lines, NJPE #38011. The drawing is dated 05/11/2023 with a latest revision date of 11/13/2025.
  2. Resolution #2023-17 memorialized on 06/19/2023, granted Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan for development of 3 private school buildings. Based on the Municipal Land Use Law the general terms and conditions of the site plan approval are protected until 06/19/2025.
  3. The current application seeks to extend the protection time to 06/19/2026. The applicant would have 2 one-year extensions available.
  4. Approval of any time extension application, should be conditioned upon the following:
  5. Any changes in zoning that would impact the site/approval.
  6. Testimony satisfactory to the Board relative to the need for the requested extension.
  7. Testimony to the Board detailing any proposed modifications to the subdivision which deviates from the original approval.
  8. Compliance with all conditions and recommendations of the prior approval.

  10. Compliance with any Federal, State, County or local regulatory agency having jurisdiction over the application.
