D. Technical Revisions and/or Corrections

  1. Construction Plans:
  2. Additional safety island shrub and tree plantings should be provided unless otherwise directed by the Board.
  3. Additional landscaping should be provided within the safety island area between each school.
  4. Specific design grading cross sections and profiling associated with all existing Road improvements including intersection design and construction detailing should be provided.
  5. Site lighting should be revised for compliance with ordinance standards.
  6. Complete detailing of the proposed septic systems should be provided including clearing limits for disposal field.
  7. All internal circulation islands should be specified with a 10 FT minimum width.
  8. A General Note should be added indicating additional screen plantings will be provided as may be directed by the inspecting engineer should the preservation of existing vegetation not be adequate to provide proper screening. Daffodil bulb plantings should be added to the ground cover seed mix.
  9. Additional pavement markings and traffic control devices should be added to ensure circulation patterns are properly established.
  10. The trash storage area should be reviewed for strict compliance with 244-208.
  11. The Stormwater Management Report must be revised to provide a Groundwater Mounding Analysis and shall include at a minimum, impacts to the proposed subsurface sanitary sewer septic system disposal fields as well as existing and proposed basement areas.
  12. Revise the Drainage Plan, Sheet 6 of 22 to show all roof leaders with connection to the stormwater management system.
  13. The plans should be revised to provide sight triangle easements at all exit driveways.
  14. The plans should be revised to provide the design and specific details for potable water and fire suppression services.
