routings based upon the presumption that the basins and recharge systems are full to the elevation of
the first outlet structure for the 2 and 10 year storm events. The enclosed routings show that safe
passage of the 2 and 10 year storm events will result for all cases, indicating compliance.
Note that computations are based upon no ex-filtration from any SSIB, and the presumption that it is full to the first outlet.
