The alternatives to the proposed project are "no build" which would deny the property owner the additional lawful use of the land. The project serves to meet the objective of the Jackson Township Master Plan as a permitted, by-right application for a commercial office within the Highway Commercial Zone.
The property does not contain any environmental constraints having no freshwater wetlands, wetland transition areas nor any riparian buffers present on the project site. The overall system of stormwater management meets the criteria for water quality and flood control for all contributory runoff.
As proposed, the project will conform to the applicable regulatory programs.
