WHEREAS, the Dubuque County Treasurer has received payment for Flood Control for the period of 10/1/2024-09/30/2025 in the amount of $22,893.68

WHEREAS, Chapter 161E.14, which provides for allocation of these monies, allows for 10% of the monies to be distributed as determined by the Board of Supervisors to local fire departments affected by the federal flood control project.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors approves the allocation of the flood control monies as follows:
