Impact of allocation sites
The site is located on the Western edge of Leicester Forest East and continues the line of development of the settlement. It is located outside of the Area of Separation and would not reduce the gap between this settlement and New Lubbesthorpe.
The impacts are not considered to have a significant effect on the land's contribution to the Area of Separation.
The site is a further extension West from LFE019. Similarly it continues the line of development of the settlement. It is located outside of the Area of Separation and would not reduce the gap between this settlement and New Lubbesthorpe.

The combination of both sites form an extended area westwards from the existing edge of the built up area and over the former golf course. It continues the southern edge of the existing settlement and would not significantly affect the Area of Separation or the gap between the settlements.
