• oBLA031/034/039/040 - The site is outside of the designation approximately 400m to the South of the eastern edge of the wedge between Mill Lane and Hospital Lane. This would not impact on the Green Wedge designation however.

Scoring Impact:

No impact.

• oGPA025 – The majority of this site is located outside the flood zone and would continue the line of the existing residential development adjacent to the East. The site also benefits from the disused railway line immediately to the South which could form a new defensible boundary in this location should development take place. Development of this site may reduce the perception of openness when viewed from along Little Glen Road, however the site would not otherwise have a significant detrimental impact upon the Green Wedge purposes.

Scoring Impact:

Negative impact on Purpose 1 (Preventing the Merging of Settlements) and Purpose 2 (Guiding Development Form) however not so significant as to alter scoring of parcel.
