1. Introduction

1.1 This Appendix lists the planning permissions that have been granted since 1st April 2022 in Green Wedges as well as their current status of development. Notes on the potential impact of the Green Wedge are included in the tables.

1.2 A list of planning applications for significant developments currently under consideration is also included for reference. These sites are not considered in relation to carrying out the Green Wedge assessments, in order to not pre-judge any decision.

1.3 Applications deemed to be minor and not have a significant effect on assessment are listed in a separate table for completeness. These developments mainly consist of extensions to existing buildings or ancillary structures associated with a use. Notes associated with each proposal are included in the table.

1.4 No planning permissions have been granted in Areas of Separation.
