help define boundaries elsewhere in the wedge. The land includes green infrastructure throughout including dense pockets of trees as well as hedgerow and tree lines, which link to surrounding areas. A significant portion of the parcel is occupied by Enderby golf course which is designated open space, as are a selection of other sports facilities within the parcel and allotments. Several areas of the land are publicly accessible and a Right of Way runs through the land. Parcel G is considered to make a Moderate contribution to Purpose 1, a Weak to Moderate contribution to Purpose 2, and Strong contributions to Purposes 3 and 4.

Recommendation The parcel should be retained subject to consideration of development needs.
