The August 17, 2026 regular meeting of the Jackson Township Planning Board was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Board Chair Dr. Campbell with a salute to the flag by all present. Mr. Shea read the Open Public Meetings Act Statement noting that adequate notice has been provided and advertised in the manner prescribed by law.

Mr. Sullivan made a motion, seconded by Ms. DeMarzo, to approve the payment of the voucher for the Recording Secretary for August 17, 2026. Voted yes: Mr. Bressi, Ms. DeMarzo, Mr. Heller, Mr. Parkes, Mr. Rogers, Mr. Sullivan and Dr. Campbell.

Mr. Sullivan made a motion, seconded by Ms. DeMarzo, to approve the Minutes from the August 3, 2026 meeting. Voted yes: Mr. Bressi, Ms. DeMarzo, Mr. Parkes, Mr. Rogers, Mr. Sullivan and Dr. Campbell.

Resolution 2026-23 of the Planning Board of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey Granting Preliminary and Final Minor Subdivision Approval for Mark Properties, LLC, Block 23108, Lot 14. Mr. Sullivan made a motion, seconded by Mr. Bressi, to approve Resolution 2026-23. Voted yes: Mr. Bressi, Ms. DeMarzo, Mr. Parkes, Mr. Rogers, Mr. Sullivan and Dr. Campbell.
