ORDINANCE: 01-16 TITLE: AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER 244 OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, ENTITLED "LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS"

ORDINANCE 01-16

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the governing body of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

SECTION 1. The Township Code of the Township of Jackson is hereby amended and supplemented so as to amend Chapter 244, entitled “Land Use and Development Regulations,” so as to amend §244-54 entitled “PMURD Planned Mixed Unit Residential Development Zone” so as to amend subsection A to add subsection (15) which shall read as follows:

15. Attached dwelling units such as townhouses.
16. SECTION 2. The Township Code of the Township of Jackson is hereby amended and supplemented so as to amend Chapter 244, entitled “Land Use and Development Regulations,” so as to amend §244-54 entitled “PMURD Planned Mixed Unit Residential Development Zone” so as to amend subsection D(1) to add subsection (f) which shall read as follows:
17. (f)Attached dwelling units (Townhouses). Buildings containing attached dwelling units (Townhouse units) shall provide an individual lot for each attached dwelling unit of a minimum of 1,000 square feet.

SECTION 3. The Township Code of the Township of Jackson is hereby amended and supplemented so as to amend Chapter 244, entitled “Land Use and Development Regulations,” so as to amend §244-54 entitled “PMURD Planned Mixed Unit Residential Development Zone” so as to replace subsection D(2) which shall read as follows:
