The March 2026 Community Nursing Safer Staffing Tool (CNSST) review demonstrates that the current District Nursing workforce continues to support the delivery of safe and effective care. While the CNSST identifies opportunities to optimise the workforce through an increase of 8.38 WTE Registered Nurses and a corresponding reduction of 11.67 WTE unregistered.
