Logging in for the first time

• Click on Login at the top right of the website.

The login button will take you to the login page with Username and Password fields. This is the same page that everyone uses to login to the SLA Online system and you are now within a secure area.

Client Login

An account has been set up with your email address but on your first visit to the portal, you will need to re-set your password. ➤ Click Forgotten Password?

• Click Forgotten Password?
• ➢ Enter your email address in the top box
• Click the Reset button

The system will forward a temporary password to the email address entered above (if this is a registered address).
