Notice of Public Hearing – Sale of County easement to Iowa Department of Transportation.

Notice of Public Hearing – Amendment to the FY2024 Secondary Roads Five Year Construction Program and FY2025 Secondary Roads Five Year Construction Program.

WORK SESSION – Discussion regarding the Assessment Results for the Key West Shop. Dubuque County Engineer Russell Weber and Tim Tranel from Origin spoke about priority of repairs on the long and short leg of the building. Supervisors agreed that the $300,000 earmarked previously could be used for repairs in FY24.

WORK SESSION – All Budget Work Session will have discussion and possible action on the FY24 and FY25 budgets. Sheriff – Supervisors agreed the CAD software costs would come out of long-term capital. ARPA funds would be used for PSAP.

Conservation – Motion made by Supervisor McDonough to approve the Maintenance Technician position. Motion withdrawn by Supervisor McDonough for lack of a second. Motion made by Supervisor Kenniker to approve 90K for salary and benefits for the new Maintenance Technician position, seconded by Supervisor Pothoff. Supervisor McDonough voting nay.

Levy rate – Motion made by Supervisor Kenniker, seconded by Supervisor Pothoff to keep the levy rate the same. Supervisor McDonough voting nay.

WORK SESSION – Discussion and possible action regarding Classification & Compensation.

Resolution 24 - 030 - Motion made by Supervisor Kenniker, seconded by Supervisor Pothoff to implement. Supervisor McDonough voting nay.
