As of January 13, 2026, all construction activities associated with this project have been completed.
Two projects were combined to be built under one construction contract:
Repaving 3.25 miles on US 41 between County Line Road and Bell Lake Road (project 441659-1-52-01).
Repaving 0.75 miles on SR 54 between US 41 and Knight Road (project 441658-1-52-01).
The improvements in this project included milling and resurfacing, pavement reconstruction, pavement markings, drainage improvements, pedestrian / bicyclist enhancements, signage, and sidewalk repairs.
Paving on US 41 was completed in May 2025. Milling and paving operations on SR 54 were completed in September 2025.
