The Florida Department of Transportation's Design-Build Firm, Cone & Graham, Inc., is making safety improvements by extending the existing westbound right-turn lane to SR 597 (Dale Mabry Highway) in Hillsborough County.
Construction activities are expected to be complete in spring 2026.

What is design-build? Design-build is a method of project delivery in which one entity - the design-build team - works under a single contract with the FDOT (or any owner) to fully design and construct a project.
