installing two midblock pedestrian crossings with signals at 14th Street and 17th Street
adding wide bike lane enhancements
constructing a new wide sidewalk
adding a 14-ft. wide paved emergency access connection from the FDOT District 7 Headquarters (McKinley Drive to 46th Street)
Construction activities are expected to begin late 2026.
