6. e.Cost estimate on City form - 1 copy
7. f.Cost summary on City form - 1 copy
8. g.Sewer Area study with design calculations - 1 copy
9. h.List of estimated bond amounts - 1 copy
10. i.Storm drain hydraulics calculations - 2 copies
11. j.Approved Conditions of Approval - 1 copy
12. k.Approved Tentative Tract map - 1 copy
