  • EMERGENCY SPILLWAY
  • The spillway shall be lined with a minimum of 4-inch thick concrete, reinforced with 6" × 6" × 10/10 welded wire mesh. The concrete must extend a minimum of 3 feet down the upstream face of the embankment.
  • Spillway and outlet structures may be combined into a single structure, but the low-flow outlet capability must be retained, if required by the City Engineer. Details must be included on grading plans.
  • Spillway may be combined with access driveway, if approved by the City Engineer. Details must be included on grading plans.
  • EROSION CONTROL
  • Except for bottom and concrete areas, all interior surfaces of the basin shall be prepared and hydroseeded as required by the City Landscape Architect.
  • There shall be no permanent landscape irrigation system inside the basin.
