EMERGENCY SPILLWAY

The spillway shall be lined with a minimum of 4-inch thick concrete, reinforced with 6" × 6" × 10/10 welded wire mesh. The concrete must extend a minimum of 3 feet down the upstream face of the embankment.

Spillway and outlet structures may be combined into a single structure, but the low-flow outlet capability must be retained, if required by the City Engineer. Details must be included on grading plans.

Spillway may be combined with access driveway, if approved by the City Engineer. Details must be included on grading plans.

EROSION CONTROL

Except for bottom and concrete areas, all interior surfaces of the basin shall be prepared and hydroseeded as required by the City Landscape Architect.

There shall be no permanent landscape irrigation system inside the basin.
