I have made a search of the available records as well as a physical inspection of the site and all water wells found within 200 feet of the sewers, if any, are shown on the plans.
In compliance with Section 5615 of Ordinance 6130, I have checked and determined from the following utility or other companies having substructures in the affected area that the location and size of such structures, as shown on the submitted plans, are the same as shown upon such company's record and to the best of my knowledge there is no interference with the proposed sewers.
