Please make the corrections shown on the attached check prints and return the following circled items.

1. CORRECTION (REDLINE) PRINTS AND TWO FOLDED SETS OF CORRECTED PRINTS.
2. COPY OF FIELD NOTES showing: Existing manhole ties, invert elevations, surface over sewer and topography.
3. PROVIDE SANITARY SEWER AREA DESIGN CALCS. With engineers seal and signature.
4. UNDERGROUND LETTER: Complete, sign, seal and return (Contacting utility companies by phone is okay).
5. PARTICIPATION LETTER: Complete and return. (The description of the property should be as simple as possible, for example: "Tract 40000.")
6. SUBMIT ORIGINAL MYLAR AND ONE SET OF CORRECTED PRINTS, after bonds have been posted.
7. A COMPLETE SET OF TRACT WATER PLANS.
8. PROVIDE PROOF OF RECORDED EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWERS, as shown on plan, page ___.
