• F.Planting and irrigation plans shall be submitted for slopes required to be planted and irrigated. Such plans shall be prepared and signed by a licensed Landscape Architect.
• G.All planting and irrigation shall conform to the standards set forth in the City of Palmdale landscape and irrigation standards.
• H.All planting and irrigation shall be installed to the satisfaction of the City of Palmdale Landscape Architect prior to acceptance of final grading. Contact the Landscape Architect at (661) 267-5255, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of requested inspection.
• MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR EROSION CONTROL BLANKETS
• A.The erosion control blanket shall consist of 100% agricultural straw and shall be of a consistent thickness over the entire area of the mat.
• B.The erosion control blanket shall be covered on the top and the bottom with a polypropylene netting having an approximate 1/2" x 1/2" mesh. The blanket shall be sewn together with cotton thread.
