Planting and irrigation plans shall be submitted for slopes required to be planted and irrigated. Such plans shall be prepared and signed by a licensed Landscape Architect.

All planting and irrigation shall conform to the standards set forth in the City of Palmdale landscape and irrigation standards.

MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR EROSION CONTROL BLANKETS

The erosion control blanket shall consist of 100% agricultural straw and shall be of a consistent thickness over the entire area of the mat.

The erosion control blanket shall be covered on the top and the bottom with a polypropylene netting having an approximate 1/2" x 1/2" mesh. The blanket shall be sewn together with cotton thread.
