D. GENERAL NOTES
1. All work shall be performed by a licensed landscape contractor.
Landscape contractor shall obtain a Landscape Permit from the Landscape Architect's office prior to commencement of work.
All work shall conform to Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (SSPWC), latest edition, (published by Building News, 3055 Overland Avenue, Los Angeles, CA) for all work performed and not specifically mentioned herein.
4. All work shall be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and any special requirements of the permit. Any violation will result in the stoppage of all work until the violation is corrected.
5. No work shall commence on the project until a pre-construction conference has been held with the City Landscape Architect or an authorized representative.
6. The contractor shall be responsible for notifying the City Landscape Architect for au required site visits as follows:
