Subsequent submittals to the City shall include:

The previous check prints

Revised plans - two (2) copies

Any additional material requested by the plan checker

In addition to those items listed above, the following items must be submitted for formation of the Landscape Assessment District prior to the approval of the Landscape plans:

District Diagram - one copy (See Exhibit VI-A)

Assessment of Maintenance Costs - one copy (See Exhibit VI-B)

Itemized Estimate of Probable Construction Costs - one copy

All plans shall be original drawings.

All plans shall be accurately and clearly drawn.

The plan size shall be 24" x 36", ink on 3 mil mylar and a minimum scale of 1" = 20'.

The first sheet shall be a title sheet and include:
